We mainly use FedEx and occasionally UPS. All packages are insured and require a signature upon receipt; no exceptions. Please make sure you choose an address for delivery where someone is available to sign for it. Our shipping fee is $20.00 for items up to the value of $350.00, and $30.00 shipping fee for anything above that amount. If you require rush or overnight shipping, please email us (info@andreabecker.com) with this request when you place your order and we will provide you with pricing options.
For overseas shipments, we mainly use FedEx. Overseas shipping is $50 or more, depending on insurance and shipping costs to your country.

If you decide to return a piece please first email us at info@andreabecker.com We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of your receipt. The piece must be in its original condition.
